Conserving Radnor

Radnor Conservancy works with individual property owners who want to permanently protect their land from development.  In partnership with these owners, we set up conservation easements which establish specifications for how much of their land is to be protected, and set up a mechanism for the ongoing stewardship and enforcement of the easement.

We also work with homebuyers and real estate agents in cases where the buyer is seeking a larger property and is interested in setting up a conservation plan for its protection after purchase.

Radnor Conservancy also works toward the protection and stewardship of other resources in our community. We mobilize volunteers who want to help keep our township parks beautiful and healthy.
