Conservation Buyers Program

Our Conservation Buyers Program is designed to help sellers who would like their property to remain intact find like-minded buyers.  Radnor Conservancy helps identify these buyers, connects them to sellers and their agents, and subsequently assists the buyer in setting up a conservation easement for the property.

The prospective buyer fills out a questionnaire and submits it to Radnor Conservancy.  When conservation properties are brought to market – and we are asked to help find a buyer – we review our files for a potential match. If one is found, we notify the parties involved to allow them to being a dialogue.
